A damaged screen does not necessarily mean it is time to replace your Garmin Alpha 100. I repair cracked, spotted, distorted and nonworking Alpha 100 screens through a mail-in service.

Screen replacement is $115 plus return shipping.

The service includes:

  • Screen protector installed at no additional charge
  • Cleaning and inspection
  • Testing after the repair
  • Software update 

Before You Mail Your Alpha 100

Please complete the contact form below before sending your handheld. Describe the screen problem and include your telephone number and email address. I will review the information and respond with approval and shipping instructions.

After receiving approval, securely package and mail the handheld. Do not send the battery, antenna or map card. I only need the Alpha 100 handheld.

You are responsible for shipping cost of the unit to and from Cutting Edge Outdoor Supply. Shipping is normally $10–$15 each way, depending on your location.

Once the handheld arrives, I will inspect it before completing the repair. If the problem is not caused by the screen, or if the unit needs additional work, I will contact you before proceeding.
