Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products damaged or showing any ware from use are not eligible for returns. There are no returns or refunds of any product damaged by an animal.
To start a return, you can contact us at cuttingedgeods@gmail.com. Please note that, once returns are approved, we will provide you with a shipping label to return the product. We will send this return label either by text or email. The label will be tailored to send the product to the location that best fits our needs at the time. It could be our store or a warehousing location
If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on where and how to send the return. Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping of the product. The cost of that shipping will be accessed by a reduction in the return amount for the product.
Return product must be packaged in an equivalent manner as they were shipped. Products having a shipping label affixed to the product or original manufacturers product box will not be accepted. In general, items should be packaged in a secondary package container protecting the item, with the shipping label affixed to that package. Photos of return goods to show their condition may be asked for.
The refund amount will be provided to you by sending the payment back to the original method of payment. The reverse charge to the customer will occur either when the return package registers with the return carrier OR when the product arrives at the return location. This being at the discretion of Cutting Edge Outdoor Supply.
If you desire a different product or different version of the same product, you are encouraged to purchase that product at your convenience.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Products with tags affixed for personal identification of the owner are not refundable. Personalized items will have, to the best of our ability, what the customer asked for. Personalizations will be done in accordance with the available fonts and characters that we designate on our website. We reserve the right to make changes to requested personalization based on availability of these fonts and characters. An example is that there are no lower case letters in our fonts. Names with lower case letters, such as McDonald, will have upper case letters substituted - MCDONALD. As long as these substitutions do not harm the readability of the text (as evaluated by Cutting Edge Outdoor Supply) these substitutions do not make the item refundable or returnable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve either noted the carrier acceptance of the return or received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
