Garmin Latest and Greatest Garmin Trade In Program

The Garmin Latest and Greatest Garmin Trade In Program gives our customers an easy way to upgrade their Garmin equipment. This allows a customer to easily upgrade from one Garmin product to another and stay up to date with the latest technology in the woods, while getting rid of the old Garmin equipment no longer needed.

Garmin Latest and Greatest Garmin Trade In Program will be limited as follows:

  • We trade for only products that are on our current equipment trade list.
  • All trade-in dollar values can only be used on NEW Garmin equipment upgrades.
  • All trade in products must be in proper working order.
  • Items on sale are not eligible for trade.
  • We may limit or pause the trades on certain items depending on market demand.


Here is how it works:

1. Check to see if the item you desire to trade is on our list.
2. Fill in the Contact form below stating that you desire to trade. Using the comment section, let us know:
  • What you have to trade. (must be on our trade list), be as detailed as possible.
  • What you desire to trade for. (must be a new Garmin product)
3. We will then contact you to discuss particulars and give the OK to ship your product for evaluation and give a preliminary quote on the item(s) you wish to trade.

4. When we give you the OK, ship the product to:

5. When preparing the item to ship be sure to:
  • Pack it securely in an appropriate sized box. Good padding.
  • Send ALL the items you have to go with the device. (chargers, antennas, clips, etc.)
  • Ship the item(s) by UPS or USPS. Must be shipped using tracking. Provide the tracking number to us.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost to us. We are not responsible for shipping damage, loss, or other shipping issues.
6. When we receive your product, we will evaluate it for condition, performance, damage, accessories sent, etc.
7. NOTE: There may be subtractions from the original quote based on what we find when evaluating the unit. Those subtractions will reflect the cost of needed repairs. For example: a damaged battery cover on an Alpha 100 is approximately $10 to replace. New antennas for collars are $15.  These type items would be subtracted from the quote. We will make as few subtractions as possible.
8. After assessment, we will contact you to confirm the final quote.
9. If you accept the quote, we will take your payment information or provide you the ability to order online using a Gift Card code. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Your new Garmin product will then be shipped to you in the most appropriate manner.
10. If you do not accept the quote, we will package the items and send them back to you. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the items if you choose not to trade.
