Shipping policy

We ship all product orders over $99 free of shipping charges. This policy is not applicable to repair orders.  Free shipping only  applicable to the lower 48 United States. Normal shipping charges will apply to orders outside those 48 states.  

Shipping for repair orders, both to Cutting Edge and back to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.  The return shipping must be paid with the repair cost before the item(s) are returned to the customer.  

Shipping charges will be based on the package dimensions and weight of the item.  Cutting Edge Outdoor Supply will determine the package type and material based on the protective needs of the item.  

It is best to inspect packages at time of delivery and refuse the item if it appears damaged.  If you do receive an item damaged in shipping by the carrier, you should have a claim opened with the carrier.  Contact Cutting Edge by either phone or email and we will assist in resolution to the best of our ability.  

Expedited shipping is available on request at checkout at the rate quoted by carriers and chosen by the customer.  Customer is responsible for all expedited shipping cost.  Cutting Edge can take no responsibility for any failure of carriers to fulfill expedited shipping expectations.   

We will mainly use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for our shipments.  Other shippers may be used if the situation requires such.  Cutting Edge chooses the shipper at our discretion.  

We normally ship within 24 to 48 hours on in stock items.  Weekends and holidays add to the shipping times.  

Out of stock items will be reported to the customer at the earliest time possible. Customers will have the option to have the item shipped upon restocking or to cancel their order for a full refund.  

On most orders, shipping tracking numbers from the various carriers will be supplied to the customer. 

On all orders over $500, shipments will be made with signature required.  

Cutting Edge Outdoor Supply does not ship internationally.
